Inland Yoga Centers is the only full service yoga studio in the Inland Empire. We have 3 local studio locations that offer over 70 classes a week, a research institute and a Seattle studio that offers teacher training and classes. Please visit our class schedule and choose from all styles of yoga. All teachers are certified and registered with Yoga Alliance.
In addition to our classes, we have workshops, guest teachers, 200 and 500 hr teacher trainings in the U.S. and India, as well as yoga travel.
Our training programs in Mumbai, Rishikesh, Goa and Nainitol, are registered with Yoga Alliance. Our certification styles include:

Martena Wilson, founder of Inland Yoga, is also co-founder of The Purab Paschim © Institute with Bhuvneshwari Makharia from Mumbai, India. Together, they promote yoga study and Indian cultural studies. The next training that will be offered by Purab Paschim © is March 12-28th in Rishikesh India.
