About

Who We Are

Inland Yoga is a full service yoga studio offering over 70 classes a week in all styles of yoga. Starting in a small 500 sq ft room at Canyon Crest Town Center. At present we occupy 3 studios, 18 teachers, a research institute and run national and international teacher training program in Seattle and Rishikesh, India. Additionally, we run a yoga tour company and offer yoga retreats. Martena Wilson, studio owner, is also co-founder Purab Paschim © dual certificate program. We work with Vijay Amar from Universal Yoga in Dharamsala, India to offer students a chance to visit the foundation of their practice.

Our purpose is to offer quality yoga classes to the Inland Empire. We require our teachers to be certified and registered with Yoga Alliance. We want to provide a yoga community for people in Southern California that encourages people to deepen their practice. Yoga can be one class a week for relaxation, or 2 classes a day and training to teach yoga on weekends. It can be what ever you choose to create.

What we do

Here at Inland Yoga, we teach yoga to all levels, from beginners to advanced and all teaching levels are certified and/or registered with Yoga Alliance. We train people how to teach yoga and help find them teaching positions throughout the Inland Empire. Currently our graduates teach at RCC, 40+, 24hr fitness, LA fitness, and Bally's. We also work with Jefferson Transitional Program to help those who are rebuilding their lives to integrate yoga into their daily routine of recovery. We also work with Recovery Cafe in Seattle, which helps those recovering from drugs and alcohol to regain their life and integrate yoga into their future.

Why we do it

We believe that as times get more complicated, yoga is a way to release stress, anxiety, and depression so that our daily lives are more enjoyable and productive. If we are happy, then the people around us are happy. When we are stressed then the people around us are stressed. At Inland Yoga, we help people find a balance in their busy lives so they can be grateful for the opportunities afforded to them.
